Junior Linux Engineer

Our client, located in Hanover MD, is currently in need of a Junior Linux Engineer for a full-time position. The Engineer will be working onsite and completing basic Linux tasks like setting up servers, completing software installations, installing programs and facilitating upgrades. A security clearance is not required but is a major plus.

Required Skills:

• Ability to be onsite daily in Hanover, MD
• Experience working with Linux setting up servers, installing software, completing upgrades, etc.
• Computer Science degree w/ a Linux focus or relevant hands on experience

Nice to Haves:

• Secret or TS security clearance
• Experience working in the defense industry
• Security+ clearance
