Senior Enterprise Architect

We are hiring a Senior Enterprise Architect to design and align DoD architecture with strategic mission outcomes. This role requires DoDAF 2.0 expertise and leadership across systems modernization efforts.

Location

Naval Station Norfolk (Norfolk, VA)

Clearance Requirements

Active Secret Clearance required.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture aligned with DoD strategy.
• Implement DoDAF 2.0 frameworks across systems.
• Lead modernization and transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on EA toolsets.
• Support architecture compliance and traceability.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's in engineering, math, or science.
• Master's degree preferred (ABET/CHEA-accredited).

Experience

• 10+ years enterprise architecture in DoD environments.
• Strong EA planning and documentation experience.

Certifications

• FEAC ACEA Green Belt (required)
• FEAC CEA Black Belt (preferred)
• DODM 8140.03: Advanced EA (651)

Desired Skills

• Proficient in EA tools (e.g., Innoslate, Sparx EA).
• Excellent strategic alignment and communication.
• Experience across application, data, and technology architecture.
