Job Description
The Space ISR Courseware Developer will develop the enlisted basic intelligence course for the United States Space Force. We are dedicated to supporting the training of Guardians in the US Space Force by developing an innovative Space Intel course. As a course developer, you will play a crucial role in creating dynamic instructional material, with an emphasis on critical thinking and active learning strategies. The candidate will have the following areas of responsibility:
- Develop Space Intel Course using the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process.
- Support the development, review, and continuous improvement of training content across the intelligence curriculum in accordance with US Space Force Instructions and Guidance.
- Collaborate with SMEs, instructors, and stakeholders to maintain accuracy, technical quality, and instructional effectiveness.
- Maintain documentation and configuration control of training materials.
- Integrate feedback and updates to reflect changes in the threat landscape, mission needs, and learner performance.
- Other duties as directed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in the field of Space Intelligence, with recent experience (within the last 2 years) in ISR operations fields 1N0, 5I0, 14N, or equivalent service.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of curriculum development.
- Demonstrate experience in briefing senior leaders/decision makers.
- Experience with Joint Operations and/or Joint Warfighting.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications such as: SharePoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- 3 years of experience in curriculum/lesson development and instruction.
Required Education/Certification
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- University bachelor's degree in science or management.
-- This is a Remote, Independent Contractor, position.
-- Preference will be given to candidates with Unit ISR and Space Operations experience.
-- You will work with a team of high energy and passionate space intel and training professionals dedicated to "Building Space Intelligence Professionals."
