Logistics Requirements Manager

As a Requirements Manager, you'll bring your leadership, strategic, tactical, technical, Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF), Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), high combatant command, and operational knowledge and skills to work with thought leaders on projects for your client. You'll sharpen your skills as you research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, support, and equip the units, test organizations, and future systems elements.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in Maintenance Operations, Logistics, and Training and Education, including the coordination of weapon system requirements and advocating and influencing user community requirements
- Knowledge of division functions and interdependencies of responsibilities for system requirement development and deployment
- Ability to synchronize and manage the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process from determination to full operational capability
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience in planning and executing military operations and processes at an operational unit
- Ability to articulate issues to leadership regarding the development and deployment of aviation maintenance, flight operations, and logistics systems
- Master's degree
