Description

GCI is seeking a senior-level SOO to work collaboratively on important projects in a fast-paced environment. The idea candidate will have experience engaging with technical professionals including engineers and data scientists and presenting to senior-level managers. This position will require extensive collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Tasks:

• Responsible for case management
• Exploratory data review
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships

Required Skills

• Case management experience
• Previous experience with customer communications methods and documentation requirements
• Ability to work in a team on data mining problems
• Demonstrated experience working independently without supervision
• Ability to present complex technical information to audiences of varying technical backgrounds
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
• Data analysis and interpretation

Desired Skills

• Arabic or Farsi language
• Background in cyber security, computer science, data science, or computer-related topics

Education Requirement

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

Experience Requirement

• 8-10 years of experience
