Help Desk Manager

HOW A HELP DESK MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
• Supervises help desk operations at the shift or small help desk level. Supervises non-exempt support staff.
• Ensure the help desk staff uses the required tools and software to identify, document, track and resolve reported problems.
• Trains, coaches, and mentor's employees on how to deliver the best customer service and achieve the team Service Level Agreements.
• Maintains and enhances customer services by organizing and evaluating service and delivery systems, and procedures.
• Works with other department supervisors to promote a high morale environment and assist other functions of the service desk as needed.
• Supervises staff in recognizing, identifying, isolating, and resolving problems with information systems products and services
• Recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
• Required Skills and Abilities: Must be able to multi-task. A team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Must possess good communication and customer service skills
• Location: On Customer Site
• US Citizenship Required
• Security + Required
