Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services BGS, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Maryland Heights, MO. In this role, not only will you provide business insight as you integrate financial data, but will also lead processes, drive efficiency and develop strong relationships with a multitude of business partners . This role will offer a mix of in-office (minimum 2 days per week) and telecommuting work.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Perform financial analysis and integration for Mission Products & Services Programs
  • Develop resource spend plans, Estimates at Completion (EACs) and forecasts for program budgets and monitor performance to plan
  • Leads development of program annual long-range business plan (LRBP) and monthly forecast
  • Performs regular variance analysis and provides recommendations to senior leaders
  • Develop, analyze and deliver monthly program financial contract requirements
  • Makes recommendations to senior leaders using financial data and business knowledge
  • Creates a culture of continuous improvement by communicating/deploying enterprise best practices and employee engagement to improve quality, cost, delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Establishes partnerships and relationships with program leadership, peers and functional leaders


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 6+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales Analysis)
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel application


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Motivated self-starter and self-directed learner with a creative mind, and strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Combination of experience performing analysis in U.S. Government and Commercial business environments
  • Demonstrated presentation skills to senior managers and/or executives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary base pay range $99,450 - $117,000
