I. Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of professional employment managing comparable work
Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction, Science/Technology, or Construction Management. (In lieu of meeting the educational requirements above, recent successful performance as Project Engineer on OBO projects of similar size, complexity, and location will be acceptable.) Experience in all aspects of design/build contract execution.
The Project Engineer shall be the Project Manager's deputy and shall also be supported by the qualified construction management field engineering, project controls, and administrative support staff as necessary.

III. Clearance:
Must be a U.S. citizen and hold an at least an active Secret DoD Federal clearance.
IV: Salary:
Salary range is between $130,000-$150,000 annually plus benefits.
