Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide system administration and training support.
- Maintain databases for existing management information systems, analyzing and solving computer problems.
- Follow maintenance protocols to ensure systems are secure and ready for users.
- Maintain and troubleshoot devices and systems, including hardware and software.
- Document system performance and support data backup.
- Support the organization's technical point of contact for wireless services
This position is contingent upon contract award
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field
- 5 years of experience in a related field
- Active Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional experience in System Administration
- Experience in IT Support and Troubleshooting
- Experience navigating security protocols
- Proven collaborative and communication skills
