Nightwing is supporting a U.S. Government customer on a large mission critical development and sustainment program to design, build, deliver, and operate a network operations environment, including introducing new cyber capabilities to address emerging threats. Nightwing is seeking a Sr. Systems Administrator to support the design, development, and deployment of advanced cybersecurity capabilities.

Nightwing is supporting a U.S. Government customer on a large mission critical development and sustainment program to design, build, deliver, and operate a network operations environment, including introducing new cyber capabilities to address emerging threats. Nightwing is seeking a Sr. Systems Administrator to support the design, development, and deployment of advanced cybersecurity capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing systems administration, technical support, upgrades, and troubleshooting services related to Automated Call Distribution systems and connected ISDN/PTSN systems
- Provide ongoing systems administration, technical support, upgrades, and troubleshooting services related to physical and environmental monitoring systems
- Provide Tier 2/3 support services related display wall systems and connected infrastructure
- Provide backup coverage and integration support for voice telephony systems, STE's, security camera and cable television systems
- Work closely with telephony, information security, physical security, and facilities teams to monitor, integrate and maintain systems for the on-site data center and network operations center
- Maintain configuration and support documentation
- Support SCIF operations to include assisting the FSO and ISSM with inspections, refresher training, safe custodian duties, maintenance of anti-virus scanning systems, and inventory tracking of removable media
Required Skills:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
- Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability
- 4+ years of experience in system administration supporting telephony, environmental monitoring, and display wall systems
- Hands-on experience with administration and troubleshooting Avaya ACD, CMS, and G430/G450 systems
- Hands on experience with administration, software/hardware upgrades, configuration and troubleshooting APC DCE and NetBotz systems
- Hands on experience with administration and troubleshooting complex, integrated wall information display system using components from Samsung, Crestron, VuWall, Vertiv, QSC, and Extron
- Experience supporting desktop systems
- Experience with administration and management of Windows and Linux servers to include installation, configuration, troubleshooting, backup & recovery

- Experience administering AWS Connect systems
- Experience integrating AWS Connect systems with ServiceNow
Required Education:
