Job Title: Sr SAP Developer
Job Location: Columbus Ohio 43219
Onsite Requirements:
* SAP ECC (Configuration in Finance)
* SAP ABAP
* SAP BTP
Job Description:
* Identify and develop product specification, system design, development, and system integration for new and existing software applications
* Provide application support for an SAP ECC R3 environment consisting of AP, AR, FI, CoPa, MM, PO
* Collaborate with cross-functional areas on products and programs that will contribute to FSI's strategic direction, development, and future growth
* Monitor, configure, and improve integration with SAP
* Enter and track time, tasks using Azure Development Ops
* Participate in all SCRUM ceremonies
* Consult with users on problem determination and provide root cause analysis in a timely manner
* Provide 24x7 on-call support, after-hours, and weekend work as needed
* Ability to mentor other team members, providing feedback and guidance when needed
* Accountable and responsible for the accuracy and completeness of assigned work and results
* Prioritize and manage workload and communicate issues clearly
* Complete other tasks as required
* Travel when required
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
* 10+ years of experience in SAP software development and support
* **3rd party and subcontract staffing agencies are not eligible for partnership on this position. 3rd party subcontractors need not apply.
