BlueForce Inc. is seeking Air Space Schedulers in support of the Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) at Creech Air Force Base, NV with occasional visits to Nellis AFB, NV.

BlueForce Inc. is seeking Air Space Schedulers in support of the Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) at Creech Air Force Base, NV with occasional visits to Nellis AFB, NV.

General Tasks and Responsibilities:
- The Contractor shall attend meetings once a month at Nellis AFB.
- The Contractor shall determine combat schedule requirements by data against the qualification, availability, and training requirements of assigned crewmembers.
- The Contractor shall build long- and short-range shift schedules to ensure full coverage (usually 24/7/365), and able to de-conflict crewmember schedules.
- The Contractor shall track daily flight/ground/academic training requirements and accomplishments to facilitate accurate flight scheduling.
- The Contractor shall receive data about ground training requirements and schedule people for event accomplishment in coordination with applicable flight/shift leadership such that members remain current and qualified, are not grounded, and are ready to deploy on time when tasked.
- The Contractor shall facilitate last-minute schedule changes to ensure full coverage.
- The Contractor shall publish/post scheduling data on computer systems as applicable.
- The Contractor shall provide inputs to build annual flying hour program in accordance with Air Force Instruction (AFI) 11-102 and accomplish weekly flying hour program updates.
- The Contractor shall review flow plans and ensure the schedule complies with airspace policies/rules to provide real time continuous updates.
- The Contractor shall compile daily scheduling requirement summaries for unit review and briefing to squadron leadership.
- The Contractor shall coordinate with other areas, outside agencies, exercise participants and higher headquarters when required for reporting and to facilitate exercise and special event schedule coordination.
- The Contractor will notify the squadron about the availability and requirements of upcoming exercises. The Contractor will also update slide show presentations, schedule official meetings, records meeting minutes, and assist squadron exercise project officers with exercise planning.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possess a Top Secret/SCI security clearance. Ability to obtain SAP, NATO, and ACCM security access.
- Seven (7) years of experience working in/with the military.
- Two (2) years of experience working with PEX or similar proprietary scheduling program. Five (5) years of experience working with Microsoft Excel and Access databases may be considered.
- Complete PEX Initial User Training Class or ISR Training Class.
- Complete a GTIMS (primary) or CTOMS (secondary) Initial User Training Class OR ability to complete within the first year of employment.
- One (1) year experience NCOIC of scheduling and either:
- Two (2) years of experience working as a RPA Squadron Flight Scheduler OR five (5) years of experience working as a DoD Flying Squadron Flight Scheduler
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manipulate, modify and create formulas, data and tables are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Access databases programming is highly desired.
- SAP / SAP Network, NATO, and Alternate Compulsory Control Measure (ACCM) security access.
