Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks an Executive Administrator (Executive Assistant, Analyst) to support a federal government client in the Arlington, VA area. The role will be responsible for administrative coordination for senior management. The Executive Administrator performs functions that support senior management's projects, as assigned, and often interfaces with representatives from other offices on administrative matters. The Executive Administrator operates at a senior level and must demonstrate a keen understanding of the importance of official communications and other projects assigned and the capability to perform these assigned tasks independently. Specific processes may vary depending upon the directorate and/or office assigned, with activities, workflows, and systems/tools governed by SOPs that typically evolve over time.

Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $65,000 - $90,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and edit official communication for senior management, including memoranda, cables, reports, presentations, and general correspondence.
- Create and maintain electronic and hard copy centralized division files in areas such as the budget, equipment purchase requisitions, travel, and general correspondence.
- Maintain and manage office procedures based on administrative requirements in coordination with the senior manager and office staff.
- Provide administrative support for senior management, including maintenance of the senior manager's calendar, receiving, opening, and routing mail, and keeping the office schedule of events and deadlines up to date.
- Provide office-wide administrative support, including preparing time and attendance records for all office staff, ordering office supplies and equipment, and organizing repairs of office equipment.
- Attend meetings to capture and distribute minutes derived from the meeting.
- Compile weekly activities reports obtained from divisional personnel to develop the final Division report for review and approval.
- Facilitate travel arrangements with the travel coordination team to include logistics and transportation needs and generating government travel authorizations and vouchers.
- Set up trackers using spreadsheets or databases to monitor and analyze data on assigned tasks.
- Generate reports using databases and spreadsheets containing performance metrics or financial data.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and be a liaison for counterparts in other offices for correspondence and planning purposes.
- Provide support for administrative projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Must demonstrate highly developed written communication skills, including report writing, presentation development and email correspondence
- Excellent oral communication skills to interface with personnel and other government agencies at all levels
- Must demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications
- Must be highly organized with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and implement office policies, practices and procedures
- Experience working with databases and spreadsheets to analyze and compile data
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with travel arrangements.
