This position will be based at Camp Humphreys, Pyeongtaek, Korea.
The IT Project Manager will augment the 8A G6 Operations Division by providing comprehensive Operational and IT Project Management support. This role involves coordinating with deployed and supported units to ensure alignment with the Operational Plan (OPLAN) Signal Annex key tasks and the Time-Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD). The IT Project Manager will utilize operational tools, tactics, techniques, and procedures based on current Army Regulations to achieve project goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- IT Planning and Coordination: Conduct deliberate IT planning in coordination with deployed and supported units. Review and validate the TPFDD quarterly, submitting recommended changes to the 8A G6 Chief, Operations Division within 15 calendar days following the work quarter.
- Exercise and Contingency Planning: Conduct realistic exercise and contingency Tabletop Exercises (TTX), Rehearsal of Concept (ROC), and Evaluation Plans as requested by government representatives. Document these exercises as directed by the 8A G6 Chief, Operations Division.
- Telecommunications Project Management: Participate in telecommunications project management, including information systems architecture, networking, voice and data communications, risk management, electronic analysis, software methodologies, and modeling and simulation. Include telecommunications project status in the Monthly Status Report (MSR).
- High-Level Briefings: Present high-level briefings to General Officers and senior government officials on various telecommunication and operational topics. Provide analysis of second and third-order effects of planned or unplanned actions within the operational environment.
- C4I Analysis and Application: Provide analysis and application of C4I within the DoD Joint and Army force structure. Maintain working knowledge of command relationships and the joint operations planning process.
- Synchronization and Coordination: Participate in synchronization, interfaces, and coordination with organizations, including Combatant Commands (GCC, CYBERCOM, etc.) and National-level agencies.
- Cost-Saving Recommendations: Recommend cost-saving technical solutions and include a summary of these recommendations in the MSR, without authorizing appropriations for the government.
- Operational Planning and Orders Management: Be familiar with Army Doctrine Publication (ADP) 5-0 and Joint Publication (JP) 5-0. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of operational planning processes, operations orders, and associated annexes. Manage and track 8A G6 requirements, tasks, and due outs.
- Content and Knowledge Management: Develop and manage the G6 master digital content list and shared content on collaborative platforms. Conduct knowledge management processes in accordance with Army Techniques Publication (ATP) 6-01.1 and industry best practices.
- Training and Development: Develop and maintain a G6 Operations continuity binder. Provide detailed briefings and train G6 Operations members on current processes and procedures.
- Functional Training: Attend functional training related to Operational-level Field Army Command, Control, Computers, and Communications (C4) when directed and funded by the Government.

- Clearance Requirements: US Secret Clearance, Minimum Background Investigation complete NALC\T3 with SSBI\T5 initiated.
- Required Certifications: DoD 8570.01-M/DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification. Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or closely related field.
- Experience Requirements: Two (2) of the last four (4) years Project Planning tasks. Two (2) of the last four (4) years performing Operational-level Field Army Command, Control, Computers and Communications (C4) Operations tasks.
- Extensive experience in IT project management, particularly within military or government environments.
- Strong understanding of Army Regulations and operational planning processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to brief senior officials.
- Proficiency in telecommunications, networking, and C4I systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various military and government agencies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail in managing complex projects.

- Some travel between primary agency site and geographically separated locations may be required to perform assigned duties.
