HOW A UNIFIED COMMUNICATION ENGINEER JR. WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Manage and support the Microsoft Domain environment for Legacy and EVoIP, ensuring its functionality, security, and overall performance.
• Oversee and maintain Call Recording systems, ensuring they are properly configured and operational.
• Create and manage O&M accounts, troubleshooting and resolving related issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.

RELATED TECHINICAL SKILLS: Microsoft Domain, Windows Adm (DNS, IIS, DHCP, GPM etc.), VCenter and VMware, Calabrio, Operation Manager (OpMgr)

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

EDUCATION: Bachelors and a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Substitutions Allowed: Certificate of Training-2 years of undergraduate work; No Degree- 4 years of related experience

CLEARANCE:

Top Secret (TS) level with the ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)

LOCATION: 75% Travel
