Work Requirements
- Perform forensic analysis of digital information and gather and handle evidence.
- Identify network computer intrusion evidence and perpetrators.
- Experience monitoring network systems for security breaches, investigates violations when they occur.
- Establishes secure system configuration baselines and monitors changes.
- Applies system hardening best practices to workstations and servers.
- Administers security systems such as: Data Loss Prevention, Encryption, Endpoint Protection, SIEM, Vulnerability Scanners, IDP/IPS devices, and Enterprise System Management Technologies.
- Ensures servers and workstations are scanned for viruses and performs removal procedures.
- Implements OS security updates and patches management for all domain systems.
Hours of operation:
M-F with possible shift work.
What you'll need:
- BA/BS, 4+ years experience
- TS/SCI Clearance
- Certifications: Must have one DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (i.e. CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, CND, or SSCP) and one CSSP-Analyst certification (i.e. CEH, CFR, CCNA Cyber Ops, CCNA Security, CySA+, GCIA, GCIH, GICSP, Cloud+, SCYBER or PenTest+)
