Description:
You will be the Electrical Engineering Lead for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) team. Our team develops cutting-edge technologies for small form factor missiles, including processor boards and interface board designs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Electrical Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of hardware engineers, driving the development, procurement, integration, and test of critical avionics for a hypersonic missile. Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading a diverse team of engineers, including Electrical Engineers, Programmable Logic / FPGA Designers, and Electromechanical designers
• Overseeing the development of advanced avionics systems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate and test critical systems

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A Final Secret Clearance with recent 5 year investigation is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Project/Team Lead experience
Active Secret Clearance with 5 Year Investigation
Extensive experience building and integrating Missiles
Extensive knowledge of MIL-STD-1760
Desired Skills:
Experience with Hypersonic Missile design, built, test and integration are a plus.
Proposal experience (RFP, BOE, CAM) is a plus.
Ability to coordinate and prioritize conflicting efforts and priorities is highly desirable.
Experience with lab and flight integration and test support is desirable.
Experience with SAP/SAR programs is a plus.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
