Job Description
Oversee the unit's virtual, on-line and ancillary training program delivery via knowledge portals & web-based instructional systems.
Monitor unit to catalog training requirements, track training status of members, and provide solutions to show trend analysis.
Oversee delivery of formal and continuation training for personnel assigned to support the 55th Wing.
Provide support to analysts, linguists, and ISR professionals using online/virtual training platforms. Supporting use could include assistance with the following but not limited to: its operational features, navigating through th platform, setting up account access, and creating and/or modifying tasks, records, and training material. Troubleshoot problems with technology and tools as needed
Recommend updates and make enhancements as approved.
Required Skills
Knowledge of the 55th Wing and associated mission requirements.
Previous experience supporting USAF or other military training or standards/evaluations programs to include at least one of the following: Initial and Mission Qualification programs and Continuation Training, to include Courseware Development (CWD), Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Status of Training (SOT) reporting, or documentation of Job Qualifications Standards (JQS) or student progress reports.
Experience with PEX, SharePoint, data analysis, data visualization, and advanced understanding of Excel . Staff experience to include a prior position as head of Scheduling, Training, Stan/Eval, UDM, or XP.
Supports process improvement through conducting analysis using internal program and external benchmark data. Determines areas of risk and improvement by developing / refining / monitoring metrics to create identification of and justification for improvements. Conducts statistical analysis to measure production, performance, and usage of services and products. Performs record keeping
functions, ensuring all visualization and production activities such as visualization requests, product formatting, and dissemination are captured within the relevant database. Performs ad hoc and recurring business analytic support that includes, but is not limited to, business process mapping of intelligence-related activities, performance measures of intelligence-related activities, surveying stakeholders, statistical analysis of intelligence-related activities, and process improvement analysis.
Required Experience: At least 6 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, or have associate's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 10 years, as a substitute to the bachelor's degree.
