- Travel: up to 25% (Would go out for a week or so, expenses paid)

- Security+CE
- 2+ Years of Experience with IT Support









Job Description

- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist Senior & Mid Level System Administrators with daily tasks, including server maintenance, user
account management, and system monitoring.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and hardware.
- Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
