Service Desk TechnicianKey West, FLSecret Clearance required General Dynamics is seeking (2) an experienced service desk/help desk administrators to assist supporting our customer in Key West, FL.Will perform standard troubleshooting and software resolution tasks via phone or in person.Collect and perform analysis on complex information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the systemPrepare complex flow charts, models, and proceduresConduct feasibility studies to design possible system solutionsConduct complex form design and layout activitiesPrepare systems specificationsDevelop technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systemsPerform detailed analysis and systems designsMay coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionalsMay serve as a team or task leadEDUCATION:BA/BS degree (or equivalent or combination of relevant education, training and experience)EXPERIENCE:
