ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Data Policy Compliance Systems Engineer to join our team in Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provide support regarding compliance with applicable national security laws, executive orders, polices and guidelines.
  • Provide compliance policy expertise related to restricted data handling including foreign rules.
  • Help define policy rules and translation of compliance policies.
  • Support Analysis of Alternatives around tool selection.
  • Engage in full lifecycle of Systems Engineering activities.
  • Participate in Agile rhythms - including Agile Planning, Demonstrations.
  • Support acceptance of completed development and test activities including development of Requirements Verification Traceability Matrices, full-spectrum test plans, test reports.
  • Define data elements needed from external systems.
  • Develop test approaches that validate system is behaving in-line with policy expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 14+ years of systems engineering experience OR Master's Degree in a technical field with 7+ years of systems engineering experience.
  • Experience with various levels of testing (requirements verification, feature testing, and/or unit testing).
  • Experience with interface definition and documentation.
  • Experience with CONOPS development.
  • Experience working on an Agile scrum team.
  • Experience with automated testing.
  • Experience with DevSecOps.
  • Experience with Cloud technologies.


Clearance Requirements:
  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ CI Polygraph


Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
