Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Supportability Engineer (level 1) or Supportability Engineer (level 2). This position will be located at our Aeronautics Systems Sector in Melbourne, FL. In this role, the selected candidate will be expected to:
The selected candidate will perform system engineering and integration tasks relating to Product Support IPTs (Integrated Product Teams), and represent Product Support in interaction with Design Engineering and IPT support. Prior experience in systems engineering, system design concepts and maintenance of avionic and/or RF Systems, including Communications, Navigation, RADAR, digital and analog systems is required. Candidate shall have knowledge of design and database tools, and possess the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and parts lists.

Salary Range: $58,200.00 - $87,200.00Salary Range 2: $70,200.00 - $105,400.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. - Determine overall weapon support system requirements for sustainment

- Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree
- Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite). Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access may be required to start.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher

- Experience with testability, troubleshooting, fault trees and/or FMECA
- Familiarity with GEIA-0007 and relational databases
- Active, in scope DoD Secret or higher clearance
