The Boeing Company is looking for a Flight Test Instrumentation Operations Engineer to join our team in Berkeley, MO. This position will develop solutions to complex problems on design requirements, circuit and VHDL design, electrical schematics, and engineering technical objectives for airborne data systems.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Entry-Level or Associate Flight Test Instrumentation Operations Engineers.

Summary Pay Range for Entry level (Level 1): $68,000 - $92000
Summary Pay Range for Associate level (Level 2): $79,900 - $108,100

This position will develop solutions to complex problems on design requirements, circuit and VHDL design, electrical schematics, and engineering technical objectives for airborne data systems.

Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for system integration testing, troubleshooting of data acquisition hardware, and electrical installation of instrumentation systems into various test articles in laboratory and field situations
- Design test system and fixture installations to meet test requirements
- Define requirements for digital and analog data processing including system architecture, transducer selection and specification and calibration procedures utilizing a systems engineering approach
- Identify and create measurement approaches
- Support engineering oversight during the fabrication, assembly, calibration, installation and checkout of instrumentation systems and components
- Support functional verification and validation of all instrumentation systems prior to initiation of test phase
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Level 2: 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of experience with data acquisition systems
- 1+ years of experience with testing equipment
- Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or physics
