The Boeing Company's Security Technology team is currently seeking a Mid-Level Security & Fire Protection Multi Operations Specialist to join their team as a Security Technology and Systems professional in Seattle, WA.

The ideal candidate will be able to work within a complex and fast paced environment providing technical support for video and physical security systems. This individual must have strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Manages and coordinates service tickets
  • Maintains, services, troubleshoots, and administrates critical physical security technology systems
  • Works in a cross-functional environment to bring solutions to complex Security Technology issues
  • Communicates and collaborates with Security & Fire Protection (S&FP) team members, site focals, and support personnel
  • Administrates Video Security Systems (VS&S)
  • Administrates Access Management Systems (AMS)
  • Works with Data analysis and metrics development
  • Works on project management of complex technical integration projects
  • Consults with customers, company, and external organizations to recommend and propose new or alternative security solutions, improvements, and enhancements


This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience in hardware and/or software troubleshooting and corrective action
  • 3+ years of experience with networks and network communication protocols
  • 3+ years of experience supporting change management and process improvement activities
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Server Operating Systems setup and configuration
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating and/or leading schedule driven tasks


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experience communicating with management at all levels
  • Experience with technical writing and editing
  • Must be capable of working independently and within a teaming environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
  • Effective time and workload management

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $85,000 - $115,000

Security Clearance
