We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Solution Engineer to join our growing team. The individual in this role would be responsible for overseeing our software development team and working under the agile methodology. We are seeking a candidate who has proven leadership skills, the ability to think critically and problem-solve, and a track-record of ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.
This position is based in Raleigh, NC (Highly Preferred), Hartford, CT, Lafayette, LA or can work from any CGI Office in a Hybrid Model.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Work in an onshore-offshore model, with 4-5 offshore developers.
Follow engineering best practices and take pride in it.
Agile Ceremonies Participate and Contribute
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
At least 10+ years of experience in:
Act as a leader to our software development team
Work closely with Business on the requirements.
Groom, refine the requirements.
Healthcare experience is a must.
Provide and Facilitate solutions, requirement review
Accelerate the teams for productivity with right solution details
Perform reviews on software development product
Remove requirement obstacles
Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout project lifecycle
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, application users, and program owners
Take responsibility for successful product delivery
Required Skills Healthcare experience
Required Level of Education:
Bachelor s degree in computer science or Diploma in IT with equivalent IT experience

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,200 - $190,900.
