Transformation and Reconciliation Specialist
Key Role:
Work under the guidance of the client to assist in the completion of a major effort to relocate United States forces. C ond uct finan cia l reconciliations of major construction projects, initial outfitting and transition procurement projects, and construction security projects asso cia ted with the relocation efforts. Provide analysis to the client via the development of key briefings, information papers, talking points, and presentations that inform the client's critical decisions. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without consider able direction.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience c ond ucting finan cia l reconciliations of major government construction and projects
- 5+ years of experience working at an Army Headquarters
- Experience working and negotiating in a bilateral environment
- Experience with processing foreign funds to and from U.S. banks
- Experience with using Micro sof t Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to c ond uct research and analysis to develop and brief data summaries that will support decision-making
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a business analytics field
Additional Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working at a Joint Forces Headquarters
- Experience working with Centrix-Korea network systems
- Ability to work effectively with senior audiences
- Ability to speak the Korean language at a conversational level
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Top Secret clearance
- Graduate of Command and General Staff College ( CGSC )
