TRG is seeking a dynamic SharePoint Specialist to provide the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Systems Sustainment and Readiness Directorate (SSRD) with technical support for SharePoint workflows, permissions, and site administration.
This position is currently in-person with work being performed at the contractor facilities in Stafford, Virginia and Marine Corps facilities in Quantico, Virginia. Core hours are between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (ET), Monday through Friday.
This position is contingent upon Contract Award.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide ongoing development, maintenance, and technical support for SSRD's SharePoint environments, including the Logistics Knowledge Center and SSRD Management Center.
· Serve as an alternate SharePoint administrator by managing user permissions, access requests, and security groups to ensure proper data access and integrity.
· Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows to streamline business processes and improve collaboration across directorates.
· Respond to user inquiries and provide resolution for technical issues related to SharePoint structure, functionality, and usage.
· Create and support interactive tools within SharePoint that enhance user experience and facilitate efficient knowledge sharing and decision-making.
· Work closely with SSRD staff and leadership to understand requirements, gather feedback, and deliver SharePoint solutions aligned with mission objectives.
· Provide training and user support on SharePoint features and capabilities, including document libraries, calendars, workflows, and custom lists.
· Maintain accurate documentation of SharePoint site structures, permissions, workflows, and governance policies.
· Ensure consistency, usability, and efficiency by applying best practices in SharePoint design, layout, and data management.
Education, Clearance, and Experience
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree
· Active Secret security clearance
· 3 years of relevant experience

· Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
