TRG is seeking a dynamic Data Analyst to provide the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Systems Sustainment and Readiness Directorate (SSRD) with comprehensive logistics data analytics.
This position is currently in-person with work being performed at the contractor facilities in Stafford, Virginia and Marine Corps facilities in Quantico, Virginia. Core hours are between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (ET), Monday through Friday.
This position is contingent upon Contract Award.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Gather, compile, and analyze logistics data from government systems such as Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS), Technical Data Management (TDM) - Catalyst, and Global Combat Support System - Marine Corps (GCSS-MC).
· Create dashboards and visual reports to communicate insights, trends, and forecasts derived from logistics and performance data.
· Conduct both quantitative and qualitative statistical analysis to identify trends, draw correlations, and support predictive modeling.
· Develop reports, presentations, and briefings summarizing findings, insights, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
· Review and validate PSA inputs and outputs, including Level of Repair Analyses (LORAs) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) outputs.
· Work with Government RCM Facilitators to plan, conduct, and document RCM analyses as part of system sustainment and readiness initiatives.
· Collect and evaluate metrics from the Competency Management Tool (CMT) to support workforce planning and development efforts.
· Assist in the development, evaluation, and enhancement of Supply Chain Risk Management policies and procedures.
· Support the development of predictive models and readiness forecasts.
· Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used in analysis through rigorous validation and audit practices.
Education, Clearance, and Experience
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree
· Active Secret security clearance
· 2 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with the aforementioned government systems (i.e., TFSMS, GCSS-MC, and CMT).
