TRG is seeking a dynamic Curriculum Administrator to provide the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Systems Sustainment and Readiness Directorate (SSRD) with curriculum development, execution, and evaluation support.
This position is currently in-person with work being performed at the contractor facilities in Stafford, Virginia and Marine Corps facilities in Quantico, Virginia. Core hours are between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (ET), Monday through Friday.
This position is contingent upon Contract Award.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Create and revise Instructor Led Training (ILT) course content related to Integrated Product Support Elements and associated disciplines.
· Collaborate with subject matter experts and government stakeholders to design effective, mission-focused training materials that support system sustainment and readiness.
· Schedule training sessions, secure venues, and manage the distribution of materials to ensure seamless class execution.
· Register students for classes, track attendance, and maintain accurate training records in government-provided systems or spreadsheets.
· Generate and distribute official course completion certificates to participants upon successful training completion.
· Distribute post-course surveys and gather feedback to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
· Analyze training attendance data and evaluation results and provide regular metrics reports to government stakeholders.
· Contribute to efforts that support long-term sustainability and readiness of systems fielded to the Fleet Marine Force.
· Provide end-to-end administrative support for training delivery, ensuring all logistical and documentation requirements are met.
· Maintain regular communication with Marine Corps Systems Command personnel to ensure alignment with mission objectives and evolving training needs.
Education, Clearance, and Experience
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree
· Active Secret security clearance
· 2 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree
