As the ITPM, the individual will serve as the Contract Site Manager and is ultimately responsible for all aspects of the Operations and Maintenance. In this role, ITPM provides our 24/7 on call roster and ensures all duties and responsibilities are performed IAW with the PWS by our team. In addition, ITPM manages our personnel and reports all status updates to the customer. The PM is responsible for Quality Control, Change and Configuration Management and its documentation, the technical document library (TDL), Property management and Special Projects assigned by the customer.

Responsibilities:
- Supports IT project management activities at any level, derive requirements, when necessary, clarify requirements, oversee technical aspects of the project, coordinate with other teams, management, and stakeholders
- Analyzes new and complex project-related problems and creates innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project
- Provides issue analysis and long and short-range plans for technology selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities for necessary support resources
- Receives operational guidance from Leadership and manages all project and task requirements accordingly
- Provides advice to leadership on engineering efforts and provides technical recommendations for current projects or initiatives being considered
- Applies Project Management best practices in the synchronization and coordination of the development and execution of all requirements, ensuring engineering projects are completed in a timely manner with quality results
- Operates in an environment that has requirements in frequent political-level customer engagement in a Combined Joint-Operational Military environment
- Ensures all Contractor personnel receive proper training, care, and access to the tools, equipment, and materials necessary to complete project and task requirements
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to key leaders and stakeholders to include consolidating the Weekly Status Report and reviewing the Projects Tracker for accuracy
- Performs other tasks as required by OSC and the Government contracting offi
Required Qualifications/Education and Experience:
- Must have and maintain an active Secret clearance
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Bachelor's degree (degree in Computer Science or IT field) or 10 years' experience in lieu of degree
- Five (5) years management and supervision of military project management.
- Shall have knowledge of computer-based tools for project management
- Must have project management experience and Knowledge of capabilities and requirements analysis
- Residential Qualification (On-the-Job) - Shall complete the TCF Site Certification Program within initial 90 days
- Must have knowledge of how to Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project
