KBR is looking for an Operations and Maintenance Project Manager in addressing facilities needs and requirements in compliance with local, state, and Federal statutes and regulations as well as Congressional mandates. Work will be performed at three campuses, which include Bethesda, McLean, Reston.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-visibility deliverables by drafting, editing, and coordinating technical reports, presentations, and documentation in support of customer requirements, Congressional mandates, and executive briefings.
  • Influence policy by maintaining and updating guiding documents and internal policies related to facility assets and logistics operations.
  • Advise on strategic facility needs, working with the Sponsor to align space planning and usage with ODNI requirements and legal standards-including Executive Orders, ADA compliance, and OSHA regulations.
  • Drive infrastructure innovation by developing detailed cost estimates, technical proposals, statements of work, and schedules for various facility modernization and construction projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams by reviewing customer requirements, attending project meetings, and contributing expert insight on new construction efforts.
  • Keep operations on track by delivering regular project updates, managing schedules, and ensuring timely completion of site work.
  • Ensure seamless execution by coordinating facility work orders and serving as a key point of contact for ongoing operations and maintenance activities.


Work Environment:
  • Location: On-site
  • Travel Requirements: Daily throughout the three campuses
  • Working Hours: Standard


Required Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Twelve (12) years of experience in engineering and/or facility management.
  • Working knowledge with electric systems, HVAC systems, building controls, and life and safety requirements.
  • Reading and interpreting construction technical design drawings and schematics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to support occasional after-hour site outages both planned and unplanned.
