The Work
The Radar Control and Signal Processing organization is seeking a hardworking and energetic cross-discipline manager to lead the design, development, test, and maintenance of our scalable signal processor products. These products support real-time control and signal processing for Army and Air Force ground-based radar systems. The selected candidate will serve as First Level Manager (FLM) for a team of 20-25 system and software engineers to deliver cutting-edge capability, leveraging state-of-the art digital technologies, while adhering to program budget and schedule constraints. As part of this role, the manager will also coordinate staff recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition.

Basic Qualifications:
• BS Degree in Engineering or STEM/Technical discipline with minimum of 10 years experience.
• Knowledgeable in Systems and/or Software Engineering, including processes and tools
• Demonstrated leadership skills and behaviors that align with the Full Spectrum Leadership Imperatives
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to obtain & maintain a U.S. DoD Security clearance at the SECRET level
Desired Skills:
• Earned Value Management (EVM) / Control Account Management (CAM)
• Experience implementing Digital Transformation Initiatives (DevSecOps Environments, CI/CD Pipelines, Agile Development Practices, etc)
• Expertise in Radar, Electronic Warfare, Signal Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Parallel Processing, and/or Secure Processing

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
