Description:
You will be the Manufacturing Engineer for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control team. Our team is responsible for supporting electro-mechanical hardware assembly, ensuring production performance meets quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to production operations, developing and overseeing manufacturing processes, and conducting technical analysis of product modifications. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and implementing manufacturing processes, work instructions, and tooling for electro-mechanical assemblies
• Conducting technical analysis of product modifications and enhancements
• Investigating and identifying root causes of defects and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborating with Quality, Engineering, and shop floor personnel to improve processes
The selected candidate must be able to support up to 10% overtime annually as required.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Ability to obtain a secret security clearance so must be a US Citizen.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in automated equipment for wire harness/CCA assembly manufacturing.
Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 or J-STD-001 specification
Desired Skills:
Experience in circuit card assembly or electro-mechanical assembly.
Experience in industrial processes and specifications.
Experience with SAP manufacturing execution system or equivalent. Teaming experience with strong written & verbal communication skills.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
