Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Health & Safety Manager to join our team! I

What You'll Be Doing:

• Full time H&S management supervision on contractors
• Implements and manages the Health, Safety Management Systems as per clients requirements.
• Verifies agreed safety standards and applicable regulations are enforced by Contractor.
• Advises and assists the senior construction site representative in the establishment and management of safety programs and in identifying and eliminating/controlling any hazards to persons and property.
• Advises the Construction Management team on potential hazards at work sites.
• Receives reviews and distributes safety inspection reports with recommended corrective actions.
• Reviews and advises Construction Management on safety requirements in the Method Statements and Risk Assessment process.
• Ensure Parsons ESHARP program is implemented throughout project life-cycle
• Implement and maintain the ISO45001 standards for the project.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Thorough HSE and Construction experience and knowledge on infrastructure projects
• Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, must keep up to date with KSA regulations, legal and professional changes
• Strong assessment and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction or oversight

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Thorough HSE and Construction experience and knowledge on infrastructure projects
• Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, must keep up to date with KSA regulations, legal and professional changes
• Strong assessment and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction or oversight
• Minimum of 10 years experience in the Health and Safety environment.
