Job Description
The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Reliability Center Manager identifies and manages asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collects and interprets data for vibration analysis of rotating equipment.
  • Collects and interprets data for three phase motor circuit analysis.
  • Collects and interprets data utilizing infrared • Collects and interprets data utilizing Ultrasonics
  • Performs Failure analysis using Root cause methodology.
  • Assists plant engineering with elimination of repetitive failure modes through Improved processes, technologies and equipment modifications and upgrades.
  • Collects and analyzes information in regards to work requests to determine the nature of the problem.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Skills & Requirements
Skills Required:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High School Graduate, technical or trade school certificates in related field desired.
  • Certification for vibration, motor circuit data collection, infrared, and/or ultrasonic required. • Must know how to operate equipment utilized in the collection of the above data.
  • Analysis of data, with corrective actions a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite software products.

Work Environment:
  • Occasional and/or light lifting required--limited exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, etc., but none to the point of being disagreeable.
  • May involve minor safety hazards where likely result would be cuts, bruises, etc.
Qualifications
