Job Summary:
TCS is seeking a JCREW/RCM Instructor to lead and deliver advanced small arms and electronic warfare training in support of SOF operations. This role involves hands-on instruction, oversight of training activities, and ensuring the effectiveness and quality of course content related to JCREW systems.
Essential Function:
- Provide hands-on, virtual, and classroom instruction of a myriad of small arms fielded by USSOCOM in support of Special Operations Forces (SOF) Small Arms Training contract, specifically Joint Counter Radio-Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (JCREW) systems and capabilities.
- Assign tasks to subordinate personnel, supervise ongoing training evolutions and managing overall contract performance as it relates to JCREW / RCM training and instruction.
- Responsible for the quality and efficiency of the content delivered, including technical issues and internal business processes.
Experience and Skills:
- Possess a Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) at time of proposal submission.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience managing complex projects similar in scope and complexity to the requirements of this contract, including managing and leading geographically dispersed staff of varying skill levels.
- Provide documentation demonstration the following:
- Academic qualifications as it pertains to small arms
- Instructor certificates of course completion as it relates to small arms safety
- Instructor certificates of course completion as it relates to Instructor certifications.
- Successfully pass USG mandated Medical Screening
- Psychological evaluation (in accordance with commercially available screening guide such as the Minnesota Multi-Phasic Inventory)
- Basic First Aid Certification (within the past 1-year)
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
- Ability to validate compliance with the Lautenberg Amendment to the Gun Control Act of 1968.
- Willing to relocate/work in Crane, IN.
Desired Qualifications:
- Former Special Operations Forces senior enlisted or junior officer.
- 10+ years of small arms instruction and program delivery experience.
- Basic Instructor certification (i.e. ABIC or equivalent).
- Familiarity with the ADDIE instructional design lifecycle
