Our company is looking for a Senior Aviation Military Analyst to join DeVine in a full time capacity. This position will be supporting a government customer, hence only US Citizens with Top Secret Clearance may be considered.
The Senior Aviation Military Analyst, with Unmanned Aircraft System or Manned-Unmanned Teaming Expertise, will contribute to an effort that includes: development of operational methodologies that support the Warfighter Functions and capture the capabilities/requirements into requirements documentation. The workforce has operational and Army Aviation system subject matter expertise for UAS, Army aviation weapons and munitions, Army, Aviation Survivability Equipment and effects of Electromagnetic and Cyber threat to Army Aviation aircraft and subsystems, Army Aviation manned Reconnaissance and Attack, Utility, Cargo, and Fixed Wing Aircraft.

Requirements:
15+ years' Army Aviation operations experience with planning, training, and executing Army Aviation operations
Instructor pilot/Operator qualification in manned/unmanned aircraft with a Master Aviator rating or Master Aircrew rating for UAS
Operational experience in tactical Army aviation formations executing UAS operations Experience working in combat developments
Experience in planning, executing and facilitating DOTmLPF-P assessments and Joint Working Groups
Experience in modeling and simulation (M&S) efforts for vertical lift aircraft and fixed wing aircraft
Experience with JCIDS technical writing
Military or civilian equivalent training on how the Army Runs
Must be capable of independent work based on broad senior level guidance to produce completed white papers, concept papers, requirements documents, operational views, and other written products as required within the scope of the task order
Must be able to review and edit products to ensure they are written at the graduate level prior to delivery to the Government with only minor edits required by the Government
Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance
Preferred and Desired Experience:
Experience with organizational management of a small organization of 35 to large organization of 400 plus personnel preferred
Recent experience in conducting experiments, concept development and scenarios is desired
Experience participating in source selection committees for Joint or Army Aviation systems and capability development experience taking the system through testing and fielding is highly desired
Experience in training Army Aviation formations through Division, Corps and Theater staff, in a high OPTEMPO, combat environment is desired
An operational deployment to a theater of operations is desired
Participation in Army level war games such as Unified Quest or Challenge, or similar war gaming exercises is preferred
