Boeing's Midwest Region Facilities organization is currently seeking an Associate Contract Maintenance Analyst to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This organization supports mission critical government programs.

The successful candidate will work independently and utilize superior customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will work with various teams to gather data, identify issues as well as solutions, and facilitate communication between the teams.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide essential support across a wide range of critical activities, such as internal and external communication, change request management, invoicing, safety reports, technical support, and project management
  • Facilitate team relationships to ensure a thorough understanding of the organization's needs and requirements and the continuous improvement of contractual processes
  • Monitor contract performance for supplier services and all relevant documents
  • Lead efforts to review, create, improve, and document system processes and procedures which may include integration with multiple disciplines or organizations
  • Utilize strategies for Facilities & Asset Management with implications for organizational business plans
  • Communicate and influence throughout multiple stakeholder levels (e.g. Internal business partners, service end users, peers, senior and executive management, and suppliers)
  • Advise other functions interfacing with the IFM teams regarding defined approaches and optimal strategies


This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
  • Experience with Facilities Operations or Facilities Management
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Experience using SharePoint

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market

and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $68,000 - $92,000
