You will be the Financial Analyst, performing financial analysis for Production Operations and Quality. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to drive business growth and success.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for performing business operations activities, including cost and schedule management, cost prevention, and support proposal pricing for a program.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Preparing and analyzing weekly and monthly performance reports to inform business decisions
• Developing and maintaining hours per unit (HPU) charts and manpower detail reports to track productivity and efficiency
• Recommending cost reduction initiatives through participation in Kaizen and Lean events to drive process improvements
• Supporting proposal pricing for a program, including analyzing costs and developing pricing strategies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Production Operations and Quality, to drive business outcomes and achieve program goals
• Analyzing and resolving complex financial issues, and developing and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Occasional interface and/or travel to other LM sites may be required to support business operations and program goals

Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or related discipline from an accredited college.
-Ability to obtain a Security Clearance.
-Experience working in Finance.
Desired Skills:
- Interest in production environments
- Knowledge of general production and quality
processes
- Exposure to cost management and estimating
in a production environment
- Excellent PC and communication skills

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
