Position Summary:
ANSER has an immediate opportunity for a EEO Investigations Specialist. In this role you will provide guidance and support offer comprehensive counseling and investigative assistance to the OEEO, helping to ensure compliance with equal employment laws and regulations.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Provide Guidance and Support: Offer comprehensive counseling and investigative assistance to the OEEO, helping to ensure compliance with equal employment laws and regulations.
• Research EEO Issues: Dive into complex EEO cases, research and interpret relevant guidance and policies to effectively resolve issues.
• Conduct Thorough Investigations: Use a variety of investigative methods to fact-find and assess EEO complaints, ensuring accuracy and compliance with EEO Management Directive 110 (EEO-MD-110).
• Track and Report Progress: Keep leadership informed by tracking case statuses and providing regular updates on investigation timelines and outcomes.
• Draft Clear, Concise Reports: Prepare detailed investigative reports and follow-up actions for government review, ensuring clear and actionable recommendations.
• Create High-Impact Deliverables: Prepare briefing materials, executive summaries, and other documents that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Innovate and Improve: Assess the effectiveness of current tools and methods, offering recommendations for process improvements based on your findings.
• Measure Success: Capture and track metrics to gauge the effectiveness of investigations, helping to identify areas for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS with 18+ years of experience , Master's degree with 10+ years of experience , no degree with 24+ years of experience
- Active TS/SCI w/Poly clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with all levels of the client agency
- Must meet and maintain all training requirements outlined in EEO-MD-110
