Reporting to the Program Manager, the Sr. Program Analyst provides program analysis support, fiscal and schedule analysis support, and technical documentation support for call program requirements to include engineering, manufacturing, technical support, quality management, IT and Cyber to a federal Navy program office.
This is a contingent position expected to be located in Panama City Beach, FL.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Sr. Program Analyst provides program analysis support, fiscal and schedule analysis support, and technical documentation support for call program requirements to include engineering, manufacturing, technical support, quality management, IT and Cyber to a federal Navy program office.
This is a contingent position expected to be located in Panama City Beach, FL.
What You'll Do
- Lead program support efforts in the preparation and execution of program management products and procedures for Government approval.
- Provide risk management support and support continuing reviews and evaluations of the effectiveness of tasking performed.
- Monitor and evaluate program activities and monitoring program status to assure time schedules and milestones are met.
- Analyze performance against the baseline budgeted deliverables, coordinating their implementation and execution.
- Support the establishment of program requirements with stakeholders.
- Provide overall project schedule and financial tracking support by monitoring and tracking project tasks and historical expenditures.
- Support Government project managers and engineers in ensuring all tasking is planned, resourced, and charged correctly.
- Support the Government in the processing of funding documents; and ensuring accurate distribution of all funding to appropriate tasking per Government approved plans.
- Support technical documentation development, which includes, but is not limited to, specifications, papers, plans, reports, presentations, technical data packages, meeting minutes prepared for Government approval.
- Record meetings minutes and provide technical editing support.
- Bid and proposal support if requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.
- Eight (8) years of program management experience supporting a federal DoD program office.
- Demonstrated experience in the formulation and monitoring of policies, products, and procedures pertaining to planning, executing, monitoring and controlling scope, schedule and cost.
- Must possess proficiency with Microsoft Project.
- Demonstrated experience monitoring risks and using Risk Management tools such as Risk Exchange or similar tool.
- Demonstrated experience in conduction reviews and evaluating effectiveness of task execution and performance against baseline deliverables.
- Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Must possess strong time management skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
- Must be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must also be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking.
- The ability to lift items that may weigh up to 50 pounds.
- Travel Required ~10% travel required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience with NSWC Panama City Division.
- Familiarity with Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) High Speed Littoral Connectors, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Navigation (C4N) technologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience with Power BI.
