Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Description
RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Privacy Analyst.

Responsibilities for Privacy Provisions of the E-Government Act and FISMA to include:

• Preparing and reviewing system authorization packages
• Selecting, implementing, and assessing privacy controls
• Drafting and reviewing privacy impact assessments
• Developing and providing privacy-related training
• Auditing programs and information systems that process PII
• Drafting and reviewing privacy notices, policies, and procedures
• Assisting with the response to a breach in accordance with Federal privacy laws and policies
• Reviewing incident reports and evaluating the risk to potentially impacted individuals
• Supporting breach response table-top exercises
• Drafting and reviewing privacy reports, such as the privacy-related reports required under FISMA

Requirements for this position shall include:

• Three (3) years of experience interpreting, implementing, and applying the privacy provisions of 13 | Page the E-Government Act and FISMA, including OMB's implementing guidance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications shall include:

• Five (5) years of experience interpreting, implementing, and applying the privacy provisions of the E-Government Act and FISMA, including OMB's implementing guidance.
• Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields or related studies:

  • Information/Data/Knowledge Management
  • Law
  • Management Information Systems
  • Paralegal Studies
  • Public Administration
