Program Manager Lead

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Program Manager Lead to join a National Security Contract located in Fort Belvior, VA through 100% full onsite presence . The Program Manager Lead will be responsible for overseeing project execution, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership within the Army Training Information Systems (ATIS) or Logistics Information Systems (LIS) product office ensuring alignment with Army Data and Analytics Platforms (ARDAP) objectives.

Responsibilities of the Program Manager Lead include:

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of key military technology initiatives within the ATIS or LIS product office in alignment with ARDAP objectives
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies to maintain efficiency and compliance with DOD policies
• Serve as main point of contact, providing updates to Army leadership, contractors, acquisition, and engineering functions
• Ensure compliance with DOD regulations, overseeing documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive process optimization, integrating industry best practices to enhance operation effectiveness within the product office
• Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project and JIRA, ensuring streamlined workflows and data-driven decision-making

Qualifications of the Program Manager Lead include:

• 5+ years of PMP experience preferably with ADIS or similar DOD systems
• Master's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• PMP Certification
• Agile Certification (preferably DAWIA)
• Led a team of at least 200 personnel in an Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or Information Technology Library (ITIL) capacity
• Active secret clearance

Compensation for the Program Manager Lead includes:

• Salary Range: $150,000-190,000 **depending on experience**
