Manage and support government facility operations, including overseeing daily operations, directing workflow, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
Provide on-site support to AFLCMC/WA/WB located at WPAFB in Dayton Ohio.
Essential Job Functions:
Key liaison between the government and the government facility, ensuring that the facility operates efficiently and effectively while adhering to all contractual obligations and relevant regulations
Manage the routine maintenance, repair, and upkeep of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure, including systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and contractual requirements related to facility operations.
Maintain open communication with government stakeholders, facility staff, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
Address and resolve issues related to facility operations, maintenance, and repair in a timely and efficient manner.
Provider comprehensive operational oversight ensuring efficient facility maintenance, building operations, and related support services.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with facility operations and maintenance.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including scheduling, monitoring, and property management.
Implement and maintain quality control and safety programs.
Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Develop and implement facility maintenance and improvement plans.
Addressing issues and resolving conflicts promptly.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
Possess a Secret clearance.
Desired Skills
Bachelors degree in related field.
Include supervisory roles and knowledge of facility operations, project management, and business operations.
