Piper Companies is looking for a Program/Budget Analyst to join DoD consulting company. This is based in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD (APG) and fully onsite.

Essential Duties of the Program/Budget Analyst:
- Manages development of requirements, schedules, and prioritization of technical efforts.
- Plans and ensures on-schedule, within-budget project execution from beginning through delivery.
- Plans, establishes milestones, oversees deadline completion, manages resources, and assesses and tracks risk.
- Ensures that projects are executed within budget; identifies additional funding that may be required.
- Works across teams to identify and schedule resources and estimate LOE.
Qualifications of the Program/Budget Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree AND 5+ years of security engineering experience. An additional 4 years of professional experience and supplement the degree.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance.
- Basic Excel skills needed.
- Experience in budgeting is a plus, but not required.
Compensation for the Program/Budget Analyst:
- $85,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)
