Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Description
Key Role:
Provide full lifecycle contracts administration and support of Government and Commercial Contracts. Draft, negotiate and administer contracts with the US government and subcontracts with large and small business prime contractors across all contract types. Draft, review and negotiate Non-Disclosure, Teaming, Subcontracting, and Consultant Agreements with commercial teaming partners. Assist in preparing responses to Proposal data calls, Government Portal reporting requirements, and maintaining organizational reports and trackers for all contracting activity. Perform Contract closeouts on all inactive contracts and reconcile funding activity.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation for Government contracts
- Experience with a variety of contract types, including cost reimbursable, fixed-price, and time and material
- Experience reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work, and identifying areas of risk and concerns, and apply general practices and company policies and procedures to eliminate or mitigate risk
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently with internal stakeholders, commercial partners, Government Clients, etc. to accomplish all contract actions through completion
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
- Bachelor's degree and 3 - 5 years of experience in contract administration, or Associate's degree with 5 - 7 years of experience in contract administration
- Any NCMA (National Contract Management Association) certification is a plus, CCCM, CPCM, CSCM, etc.
- Professional and efficient verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organization and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage high volume contract activity
