* ServiceNow IRM/GRC Implementation and management
* Developing in C#
* GIT/GITHUB
* GUI Development
* HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, and AJAX
* Cloud-based Solutions (e.g. AWS, AZURE, Google)
* Integrating alerts into ServiceNow (ITOM)
