Job Title: Quality Operations Specialist
Job Location: Fort Worth TX 76101
Onsite Requirements:
* Strong understanding of FAA regulatory requirements
* Proven ability to develop, revise, and maintain internal quality procedures and training materials
* Experience with quality management systems (QMS)
Job Description:
Required Qualifications:
* Associate degree preferred; equivalent technical training and relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
* 7-10 years of relevant experience required.
* Strong understanding of FAA regulatory requirements and prior work experience at a 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station.
* Proven experience developing and writing internal procedures and creating training materials.
* Familiarity with corrective action and continuous improvement methodologies, including statistical analysis and project management techniques.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, and Visio).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders, including government agencies.
* Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain, update, and revise QMS procedures as required.
* Revise the Repair Station Training Manual and Quality Manual to include the Flight Research Center.
* Develop a unified FAA technician roster procedure across all repair stations.
* Update training records for all repair station employees.
* Create and revise procedures related to PC extension and integration of CPR/BPR warehouses into the QMS.
* Update and revise standard and ARD training content using Brainshark.
* Develop procedures for Drug and Alcohol Random Testing across all repair stations.
* Track and monitor Commercial Quality Escape Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA).
* Support cross-functional teams with continuous improvement efforts, RCCA initiatives, and risk management coordination.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
* Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned.
