You will be an Unmanned Systems and Precision Effects Specialist for our team supporting U.S. Special Operations Forces. Our team is responsible for researching and sustaining Unmanned Systems and Precision Effects material and mechanisms to ensure the effectiveness and readiness of our nation's elite forces.

What You Will Be Doing

As an Unmanned Systems and Precision Effects Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to identify and address sustainment challenges for Unmanned Systems and Precision Effects. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that support the unique needs of U.S. Special Operations Forces.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting research and analysis on Unmanned Systems and Precision Effects material and mechanisms
• Identifying and addressing sustainment challenges and developing solutions
• Collaborating with stakeholders to implement solutions and support the needs of U.S. Special Operations Forces
• Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in Unmanned Systems and Precision Effects
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation and reports to support sustainment efforts

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access and is in direct support of a U.S. government contract that requires a company-sponsored clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or pursuing Bachelors Degree in Engineering, or 5 years of professional experience working with U.S. Army Precision Effects and UMS or UAS systems.
Desired Skills:
Familiar with U.S. Army UMS/ UAS sustainment mechanisms.
Familiar with U.S. Army UMS/ UAS logistics processes and policies.
Experience serving in U.S. Army Special Operations Forces.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
