Precise Systems seeks qualified candidates to serve our TEAM SUB customer in a Program Office Cyber Protection Lead role.

Duties:
  • The POPL position reports to the Cybersecurity SIT Lead
  • Selectee should provide direct support to the Cybersecurity SIT lead in efforts to fully identify, manage, and mitigate risks throughout the CLB Program's lifecycle associated with Program Protection Plan (i.e. Supply Chain Risk Management, Software Assurance, Counterintelligence Support, etc.)
  • This includes Critical Program Information, Information and Communications Technology related mission critical functions, and critical components.
  • Candidate should be familiar with Navy and/or Industry Standard Cybersecurity requirements.
  • Facilitate timely decisions in the review and adjudication of all products associated with program protection and cybersecurity.
  • Candidate should identify and manage risks and develop mitigation plans for significant problems/issues/risks.

Required Education:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Additional years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

Required Experience:
  • Minimum of Fifteen 15 years' relevant experience.
  • Ten (10) or more years of experience in an Information Assurance (IA) or Certification & Accreditation related field.
  • Familiarity with Navy and/or Industry Standard Cybersecurity requirements.
  • Technical expertise in cybersecurity engineering as it relates to design, deployment, integration, testing and implementation on/for Navy systems.

Desired Experience:
  • Bachelor's level degree in Computer Science or in a technical field.
  • Qualification as a Level III Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) as defined by DoD Instruction 8510.01 - Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD Information Technology (IT).
  • Ten (10) or more years of experience in an Information Assurance (IA) or Certification & Accreditation related field.
  • Familiarity with Navy and/or Industry Standard Cybersecurity requirements.
  • Technical expertise in cybersecurity engineering as it relates to design, deployment, integration, testing and implementation on/for Navy systems.

Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, the candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $77,571.36 to $116,357.04 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
